I am a Research Scientist in computer vision, machine learning, and computer graphics, currently working as a postdoctoral researcher in Visual Computing at the University of Bonn.
My work focuses on 3D reconstruction, neural rendering, view synthesis, and high-resolution capture systems. I enjoy working across the full stack of visual computing, from research ideas and learning-based methods to GPU optimization, distributed systems, and complete research prototypes.

Visual Computing · since 2025
My current work centers on high-resolution capture, dynamic 3D reconstruction, view synthesis, and real-time visual computing.
At the Visual Computing Incubator, I lead software development for a distributed multi-camera capture system, coordinate development across a larger team, and supervise researchers and students.

Zürich · 2020 & 2022
During two internships at Disney Research Studios, I worked on frame interpolation for rendering applications.
My later project focused on uncertainty-guided interpolation, while my earlier work explored improved optical-flow estimation for rendered content.

Visual Computing · 2020-2024
During my PhD, I worked on reconstruction problems across computer vision and graphics, including high-resolution stereo matching, non-line-of-sight imaging, and differentiable rendering.
I was also involved in the early development of the VCI capture-stage software and in evaluating camera systems and hardware for large-scale visual capture.

At UCLA, I studied the spatial and temporal dynamics of topics in Twitter data as part of a research project in applied mathematics.
The project later became my master’s thesis, where I developed an end-to-end system for analyzing and visualizing trending topics across Los Angeles.
